The System That Shaped You

There’s much more to life outside the box than what you’ve been conditioned to think. To see it, you must break free from the conditioning imposed on you and return to the natural, creative state of thought you were born with —one that allows you to explore ideas and perspectives you’ve never considered up to now.

Understanding how you are domesticated from your true nature unconsciously

by society, culture, social, family, collective, conditioning/psyche through

(Normalisation, socialisation, Institutionalisation, capitalism ,domestication, indoctrination, Commodification, objectification, Consumerism, sexualisation, Bureaucratisation, corruption etc.)

Inheriting and internalising beliefs, limits, scripts, narratives & expectations.

How these shape you, your identity, thinking, perception, beliefs, confidence, self-esteem, worth, limits, dreams, view on life, society, success and reality.

One objective is to free you from

  1. From social constructs: externally imposed scripts Social, cultural, collective, and familial conditioning/psyche.

                TO

  1. Internally guided choice and meaning. Reclaiming agency, authorship, Authentic self-expression, autonomy, sovereignty, imagination, individuated thinking and inner knowing. Choosing life consciously.

(This helps explain why people often feel stuck or asking ‘’is this is it?’’ without knowing why and realising, “this isn’t actually me”

Life

We’ve grown up in a society that has disconnected us from ourselves and our true nature and our authenticity. from each other, from our bodies, from the natural world, and often from our own hearts. Behind the noise, the pace, and the pressure of modern life, many of us carry a quiet ache — the longing to feel seen, heard, and held.

When this connection is weak, our whole being becomes dysfunctional and imbalanced. This often manifests as the various physical and mental illnesses that many in our society experience today.

The responsibilities, obligations, and interactions with others that come with life can become overwhelming and leave you feeling drained.

The problem that I see most is that people are not on their bodies.

Illness

I am intrigued by emotional and somatic holding patterns which often present alongside painful experiences.

I recognize that many health conditions can be compounded by stress and anxiety. For example, chronic physical pain and digestive disorders can often have a high component of aggravation from stress and anxiety, which can compound, aggravate, or extend an illness.

Men’s Work

We are living in a time of weakened, confused, and unsupported masculinity. Men lack guidance from healthy male role models. Instead, men often end up following dangerous, chaotic examples of masculinity, fumbling through their relating with themselves and with women.

I believe a man requires a very clear understanding of how he is operating in his life consciously, along with an understanding of the internal and external functioning of his life. Many men go through their entire lives without ever really maturing into their powerful manhood.

I’ve observed that most men long to be ‘good with women.’ This can be detrimental. Men need to be guided to be good with themselves, and from here, they naturally become more attractive, inspiring, and integral humans.
